- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 medium size peaches, quartered
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture over unbaked crust.
- Arrange peaches in single layer over mixture.
- Sprinkle with rest of sugar mixture. Dot with butter.
