Eagle Brand Key Lime Pie
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 can Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup lime juice
- 2 or 3 drops green food colouring (optional)
- 1 (9") graham cracker or prepared frozen pie crust
- Frozen whipped topping, thawed
1. Whisk together egg yolks, Eagle Brand, lime juice and food colouring, if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust.
2. Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve topped with whipped topping or whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
