Easy chicken pot pie with pie crust
- 1 chicken, cooked and cut up
- 1 ½ stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 ½ cup plain flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 cup cream of celery soup
- ¼ cup vegetables of your choice small dice
- Remove chicken from bones. Heat broth and soup together.
- Put chicken in an oblong baking dish. Pour soup and broth over chicken.
- Mix all dry ingredients and add milk and cooled melted butter.
- Pour on top of chicken.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
