Chicken Meat Pie
- 3 - 9" pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
- 3 cupsChicken Gravy (using broth from thighs)
- 3 lbs ready to cook Chicken Thighs
- 2 cup diced potato
- 2 cupchopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen yellow sweet corn
- 1 cup chopped onions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Boil Chicken thighs, reserve stock for gravy.
- Cook potatoes, carrots until soft, drain and place in pie crusts.
- Cook Peas and Corn, drain and mix into pie crust. Add onions.
- Strip Chicken off of bones, and distribute meat evenly in pie crusts. Add gravy. Cover, cut holes in top crust to vent steam.
